Our History
HHF was created in 2000 to serve as a consultant for low income
housing developments and to invest developments as a limited partner
through Low Income Housing Tax Credits and coordination of services
as the not for profit investor.
In 2007, HHF became the General Partner of four
developments in rural MO and currently provides Service-Enriched
Housing. By providing service-enriched housing, HHF fulfills its
promise of investing in seniors, families, and youth through bricks
and education.
Our Mission
The mission of HHF is carried out through its service program.
The program directors work closely with developers, management
companies, site staff, and residents to create and coordinate
programs for each development based on the needs of the tenants.
